Amazing customer service with amazing turnaround time. Within 15 minutes of submitting a form online (well after usual business hours) I received a call from Amber, who is literally a god send. She was super friendly and helpful. Understood my problem immediately and gave me multiple options to seek resolution. Will definitely continue to use this company for all of my AC needs.

Terrific experience right from the start. Jules was so knowledgeable. Provided all options from repair to a new unit. Decided it was time to replace our 16 year old unit with a new energy saving one. Already feeling the difference and seeing the savings in our electric bill.

We live in a new development in Saint Cloud and were provided with Airflow service through the builder. On Tuesday evening our air conditioner was not working so my husband called and registered a service call. He was asked if we needed service this evening and told he would be receiving a call soon. NO ONE called. At 8 the next morning he called again and was given a 4 hour window until 1:00. At 1:30 he called AGAIN and was told a technician would be out as soon as possible. The technician arrived at 3:15. ONE WHOLE DAY WASTED! We were told a switch needed reset and nothing was really wrong. We left for the evening and arrived home to 92 degrees and hot air blowing. Called was told it was to late for a service call. Called at 8 Thursday morning and given a window of 1:00-6:00. Based our previous experience we are hoping he will be here by 8. I am quite sure the training includes selling a service warranty because that is all the tech talked about. Guess what? As soon as the warranty expires I will be looking somewhere else. The answering service hung up on my husband and the other tech had no concern for our situation.

I called them to add the protection plan and they send Joe technician and he was very profesional and very detail. Good job !!!! Thank you .
