Story

Axios Construction Services, LLC was established in January 2009 in Orlando, Florida. Aptly named, Axios, which means “he is worthy” in Greek, expresses the tenets on which the company was founded: worthiness and integrity. Rami Sadrack, LEED AP, and Rida Sadrack, LEED AP, the founding principals, have more than a decade of combined construction experience that includes hospital, medical office building, K – 12 education, utility, office, aviation, municipal, federal, biotechnology, and sustainable building projects. Each has attained LEED Accredited Professional certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

The Company’s staff are actively leading efforts at job-sites and in their neighborhoods to participate in Earth Hour, a worldwide effort. Once a year, during a one-hour period, people and buildings around the world turn off all of lights to show support for energy conservation practices.

Axios provides an array of construction services for commercial, industrial, institutional and sustainable facilities. Additionally, Axios self-performs more critical-path, labor-intensive elements than any comparably sized company in Central Florida. This methodology sets the pace for the other subcontractors on each project, and establishes completion milestones for other building components. Controlling both the construction schedule and the quality of craftsmanship affords each client added value to every project.
