Got taken advantage of by Rainbow after hurricane Irma flooding my house. Didn't communicate very well through the whole process accept trying to push me to give the go ahead to demo my flooded house so they could stick me with a massive bill afterwards. Thank god i didnt accept because they tried to overcharge me (just over 13k) after they finally gave me quote and threw in a bunch of stuff that they didnt even/werent going to do. Friends and I did the work in a weekend. And they still are trying to stick me with a bill for 4k worth of work they didnt entirely do. Beware using them for restoration services.

Gregg and the team at Rainbow are quick to respond to emergency situations and truly know the best way to correct any situation. They also do a great job with carpet and tile cleaning. They have excellent customer service skills and are easy to recommend.

The team at Rainbow International has been great to work with. Our office had tens of thousands of dollars worth of mold damage. The first day I called they were out within hours and started working immediately to get things contained and clean. The managers are always easy to contact, they come in and do what they say they are doing to do and everyone we've come in contact with has been professional, kind and knowledgeable. The woman April who answers the phone is very helpful and will do whatever it takes to get the guys out or to answer your questions as quickly as possible. I would recommend this company for residential or commerical water, smoke/fire or mold damage just about any day.

Rainbow International was great to work with! They remediated a small leak/mold issue in our rental property, following the protocol provided by an air quality company. Dan Hougaard, our POC, was a true professional -- he was very knowledgeable about the industry and provided valuable insight. He was extremely responsive -- from providing information, quotes for work, follow-ups, and returning phone calls/queries -- he was available anytime I called including evenings and weekends. His communication with us was key to our great experience since we were working with him from a distance (we're out-of-state). Dan & Rainbow International went above-and-beyond to make sure the work was done quickly, completely, and correctly. Even when small "snafus" occurred, Dan and his team responded quickly to make things right. I would highly recommend Dan and his team at Rainbow International. Thank you, all!!
