Creating my custom pool with Bob's Pools has been by far one of the best experiences I've had. They virtually made my dreams come true, and brought my backyard to life. The staff was extremely attentive the second I stepped foot through the door. Not only was this a seamless experience for both my family and I, but now we have a pool to enjoy for many years to come! I cannot thank Bob's Pools and Screens enough. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a reputable pool and screen company!!!

I couldn't be happier with my new pool. The design was fantastic, the customer service was great, the installers we're awesome.What a great value. Would highly recommend.

If I could give a zero star I would!!

Company is refusing to give me back my deposit. I put down a $5700 deposit and was told three times I would be receiving the full amount. Today I received a email saying the following "Good morning,

I went to issue you a refund and realized we had already paid for engineering, so $100 has been deducted from the check. I hope this is not an issue! It is being put in the mail today. Have a great day!". I replied 'No issue at all. Thank you for the update". A hour or so later I received a call saying she misspoke and I wouldn't be getting a refund.I reminded her that there is nothing in the contract that I signed that said there would be no refund or stated to me while I handed them the money. I also stated, that the permit they submitted was denied by the city.(She says its because they needed to send to county) At this point I did not want to fill anymore paperwork plus my HOA was giving me a hard time about getting approval(which they also ended denying today). So with the city and HOA denying they are still reusing to return my deposit. I received a second call about 15 mins later from the first call now stating they could give me back $500. They're saying they hired engineers, getting permits, and other things that I would only leave me with $500. Again, nothing was stated that no refund would be given of the deposit. Especially since HOA denied and the city denied. It isn't my fault you sent for a permit to the wrong place. They sold me as being in business for over 30 years and building pools already in my neighborhood. If thats the case why are you sending permits to the wrong departments and delaying the process?? 

I've contacted my lawyer and showed them the contract. They stated "I don't see a single piece of wording that states it was a non-refundable deposit or that you would have to forfeit the deposit if canceled after a certain date or at any point at all. I get, as well as you do too, that its okay for them to take the engineering amount or the permit costs out of it, but no work has been done and the permit was denied anyway."

I will keep ppl updated on this issue.

DONT COME HERE TO GET YOUR POOL OR SCREEN DONE! THEY ARE SLOPPY! GO ELSEWHERE!

Used my lunch hour for them to come out and to see what I wanted screened he took the measurement then he stated he'll get back with all information and quote called twice trying to get quote still nothing. Still waiting for the call back... This tells me all I needed to know !!! Glad I went some where else !!!
