I am not very happy with the service I received from Gembecki Mechanical Services. I called Gembecki on 7/6/2017 and explained to them my situation. I told them that I had a warranty, and I needed someone to come and look at my unit. They sent out someone that day at around 2:00 P.M. (Manuel was excellent), and the technician explained that I needed a RTI Evaporator Coil. He also told me that someone would be calling me. So, I gave them a week, and called back on 7/17/2017. I believe I spoke with Kathy. I tried to explain to her my situation, and told her that someone already came out to look at my unit and what I needed. She told me that the part was backordered and that would call me when they received the part. So, I called Goodman Warranty Services, and spoke to them. The CSR did not check to see if the part was ordered, and I think that she might have been new. On 7/20/17, I called Goodman back, and another CSR told me that they have the part, and she was a tremendous help. She told me that they tell customers that the part is backordered, and she also told me that I need to call Gembecki back to make sure that they order the part. So, I called Gembecki, and told Kathy that my unit was under warranty. Then, she immediately transferred me to Jennifer (I am not sure why that didn't happen the first time I called). She setup a time for the tech to come and fix my unit. I am hoping that after they fix my unit that will be the end, because this was a very frustrating experience. *****UPDATE****** It is 9/3/2017, and my AC has stopped working again!!! Please do not use this company.

I am extremely happy with services from Gembecki. Everyone that I came into contact was beyond helpful and professional. It's also an added bonus when a company gives you a "window" of time when they will arrive and they are ACTUALLY on time :) I would recommend Gembecki services to anyone of my friends!

On May 23. 2017, Gembecki came out to find out what was wrong with our drain line. We consistently were having water back up onto the floor. Now it took 2 1/2 hours later and during that time the technician stepped thru the ceiling into our garage, PUTTING A LARGE HOLE IN OUR CEILING ( luckily he was fine..just a huge hole in the garage ceiling), had decided that we should just shut off our upstairs a/c because they would need to order a condensate pump. We insisted that the upstairs a/c could not be shut off because we had kids upstairs so the technician cut the pvc piping and had it drain into a bucket which we needed to empty every 4-6 hours. He said they would order the condensate pumps and call us with an installation date. 3 weeks later after multiple calls about the expectation date for installation of condensate pumps and when they were going to fix the hole in the ceiling and getting the rude office staff who kept telling me they had to call the manufacturer about the pumps I asked to speak with Rick the service manager. He was supposed to call me back and I have yet to hear from him or anyone at his company and today is July 9, 2017. Thank goodness after not hearing from Rick I contacted another a/c company who came out and solved the problem within 15 minutes!! No need for condensate pump just a clogged line!! That company also repaired the cut PVC line so we no longer had to empty the bucket of water every 4-6 hours! We repaired the hole in our ceiling ( AT OUR COST) and the drywall company we happened to use said they used to do a lot of work for Gembecki for damaging drywall and putting holes in ceilings!!! I WILL NEVER USE GEMBECKI AGAIN!!!!! BE AWARE!!!! CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY WHO CARES ABOUT IT'S CUSTOMERS!!!! If I could rate zero stars I would!!!!

Shittiest Company ever I recently fixed my walking cooler at my business spending $553.50 but within 2 days it went back broken. So i called and explain them that it didnt work again so the guy from company came to recheck again but just to come and check for the same problem they charged me $66.25 again, but i paid them without saying anything. the guys said they need to replace some parts so i asked them how much does that part cost and how long does it take to be fixed then the guy replied, "I don't know". How could he said that after charging me more than $600. So i told I wanna talk to the manager then afetr waiting on a phone for almost an hour a lady answer and supports the technician. So i asked her politely how long does it take for you guys to let me know the cost of that part and how long it will take to get fixed? I received a call from the same company the very next day saying it will cost me additional $1200 to get that fixed. Now i dont know should I go through same company who doesnt know what they are doing and robbing peoples' money so should I go thru other company after spending more than $600 for nothing. So I warn you guys not to go through this company. Beware guys!!!!!

Horrible customer service. The furnace in my house isn't that old (few months tops), got met with several rude staff who constantly ignore my very calls. Whenever someone actually does answer, the manager is conveniently off that day, because everyone knows managers never work. Ever. Don't depend on these guys for anything. They'll just want your money and scam you. Take your business to more trustworthy companies, because these guys are a bunch of crooks.
