Craig Rogers Sr. was very much knowledgeable and responded to all my queries and questions. My water heater was leaking internally my water heater pipe ripped off. He not only did great work but had the water heater covered me under warranty at no additional cost. He was very patient and did everything required. He was great at work and fully completed the work, also did the proper cleanup. I will personally recommend him. If someone is coming from A J Perri i would like Craig to come in and perform the work for me. Highly recommended.

We just moved into our new home and thought to take advantage of the $69 Tune-Up Special that was offered - and I'm glad we did! Our service technician John Croghan's friendly and straightforward demeanor was very much appreciated. He was professional in his work and gave us plenty of helpful tips on how to properly maintain our steam boiler. We are very happy with the service and did not hesitate to schedule for another maintenance next year. Thanks for everything!

The technicians were actually a bit early for our new furnace and hot water heater installation. They remained incredibly professional throughout the entire process, even with multiple challenges that were uncovered in the process! We love our new furnace and HWH! I ALWAYS highly recommend AJ Perri for any service needs. We can always count on them, which is why we love these guys and will never go anywhere else!

All of the service tech's are helpful and knowledgeable, Chris F. was no different. The service line is always helpful and tries to find the right time for you as the homeowner in order to schedule an appointment. They have come during week-days when convenient for us, but the weekend appointments are greatly appreciated. We have recommended them to others. We've had them go to our parents where they repaired and/or replaced their heater or hot water heater with no issues. The ten years parts and labor on our Carrier have saved us several times.
