Horrible customer service, the security guard followed me around the entire time, he even asked me if I needed him to help me zip up my dress, and my husband was right there. I felt very, very, uncomfortable. If I can give them zero stars I would. This particular Akira would not get anymore of my money I’ll rather go to the one in Orland Mall or Downtown

This is a POOR representation and MAJOR downgrade of the Akira brand! First of all no one greets you until you have merchandise in hand. I had to put myself in a dressing room because the staff was too busy goofing around. Smh! And to top it off the security guard almost pulled open the curtain while I was in there!! HORRIBLE experience. Avoid this location!

Bad management! 1 employee was following me all the time.    Made me uncomfortable!

Management is unprofessional, unorganized and quite messy in their employee relations.  The entire store needs to be revamped and NEW management properly trained.
