Went to return some shoes with my cousin, however, an employee tried his best to get us not to return the shoes and even got on his knees, thus making us seek for an exchange. He was clearly flirting with my cousin and trying his best to start conversation, it made the entire situation awkward and my cousin was clearly annoyed. We ended up exhanging the shoes for others but the experience was utterly uncomfortable. The shoes were for a loved one but he kept bugging her asking her in a flirty tone, “so what are you going to buy yourself?”. He kept getting too close to my cousin and constantly ignoring our want to return the shoes. He even told her that if she wanted a job he’d hire her. Obviously she told him he’s not the boss to do that and he kept saying that he was in a jokingly, flirty manner. At the end, he made a corny joke and was “upset” my cousin didn’t find it funny. It was completely awkward and he was trying soooo hard. HE EVEN LIED TO US ABOUT SUPPOSEDLY GIVING US A DISCOUNT AND ONCE WE LEFT WITH THE EXCHANGE THERE WAS NO DISCOUNT BECAUSE WE NEVER GOT MONEY BACK AND IT WASNT IN THE RECEIPT.

Associate (IL) is very helpful. He knows the merchandise very well. Whenever i visit this store he is always willing to help!!! He needs a promotion!
