Expensive, but a big selection. Honestly I only visit when I need to pick up a specific gift requested by the grand-daughter. Staff is friendly.

Searching for high quality item we chose to go to the Disney store in our local mall, let me just say shoppers beware! Yes the quality of the merchandise was to our approval but we did not expect to get charged double for a single item and although the store manager was made aware she didn't even care that an employee had made such a big over charge. They were quick to double charge us now we have to wait a week for a full refund! I ended up returning my entire purchase because I was very disappointed with the lack of concern from the employees and the unnoticed double charge they did on my shopping experience.  Usually one pays more & at least expects better customer service they lacked this with their very dry response & scripted greeting!!!!!
