Compared to the Plato's Closet in Villa Park, this one felt lacking. There were about half as many clothes in the store and the brands were a lot cheaper (mostly Forever21 and Charlotte Russe). 
Not to mention, the protocol they go through at this Plato's to let you try on clothes is pretty ridiculous. First they have you keep any bags/purses up front in a bin, where they give you a lanyard with the number of your bin. Then they make you hold up each item you're trying on individually to make sure you're only bringing that much into the room. BUT when you get out the dressing room, there was no one to be seen to make sure I had the same # of items when I got out! I get it if the store has a real theft problem, but this whole procedure really discourages people from trying things on. I probably would've bought more clothes, but I didn't want to go through the whole process of trying more items on.

The store itself is pretty cheap and has somewhat good clothes. The people working in this place are very rude. I’m not one to complain when I go into a store, but the workers in here are just so mean. I brought in clothes to sell, it was a decent amount and not bad brands. Not only did the worker not look in the bag( which is part of her job) I over heard her talking to her coworker and saying “I ain’t even gunna look and just take these two”. But that wasn’t all, mind you I didn’t say anything I just kinda let it go. When I was ready to leave, I asked a simple question and the amount of ignorance and attitude she gave me was just unreal, as if I was wasting her time. So maybe instead of calling up and ordering food on the floor in the middle of their shifts, they should get proper training on customer service. Will probably go to the Orland location from now on.

Haven't been here in a while so glad I went the girls were so helpful. I was informed of all the sales and check out was pleasant. The vibe in the store was calm with good music and the prices were amazing. I'll be back soon!

I feel that they need to be a little more specific on what they buy for me the wait there for 15 minutes and then tell me 15 minutes later that they  don't buy prom dresses but which it was not a prom dress it was a  wedding dress and I don't think people should be doing their hair and putting their weave in during the business hours!!!

Came in to look for some athletic gear & found some great items for little to nothing! Couldn't find any shoes in my size as the young lady explained to me that they only take up to size 13's in men. Had a young lady by the name of Maleeka check me out & her customer service was outstanding! She made my first time experience a pleasant one. Definitely recommend this location to all!!!!
