Ordered my bike off the website, and went in to pick it up. By far the best experience I've had at a bike store todate. They made the experience frictionless and helped to get us on our way with my new bike safely secured to the back of my car. Will be returning here in the future for my biking needs.

Helpful. They don't check or try to sell you anything that you did not ask them to check. If you need something done they normally will tell you they think you should replace????. No pressure sale people.

I have purchased several bikes there over the last 40+ years. My wife and I both decided it was time for new bikes and Al Petri is where we want to shop. They  primarily carry Trek and Giant brand bikes.  My wife purchased a bike but they had to order the smaller frame size. The bike I wanted was not available yet.  They called us a few days later to let us know my wife's bike was in.  The next weekend we went to pick it up and to my pleasant surprise my bike had been delivered as well.  Very helpful staff and very friendly. Highly recommend you shop there.

I could not be happier with the service and delivery performed by this shop. I had my grandson's bike shipped from Montana to Woodhaven, Michigan. This shop with their crew helped me to make that happen.
