Family owned Jack’s Bicycle & Fitness has been creating enjoyable bicycling experience for all levels of cyclists since 1935.
Located in Dearborn, Michigan, we carry a full range of bicycles from Specialized, Trek, and Giant as well as all the accessories to make a safe and comfortable riding experience no matter if you are a serious cyclist, commuter, ride recreationally, or are a beginner. We just took in the two bikes we purchased in September for their recommended one month tune-up. Again, we received great service from this shop. We were greeted at the door, and any questions or concerns we had were professionally handled. Jack's gave us the same care as they did when we purchased these bikes, even though these tune-ups were free of charge. We are so impressed by how much Jack's Bicycles cares about their customers being happy.

We were so impressed with the personal service, knowledgeable staff, and great prices at Jack's! We had been to several other bike stores and felt like we were just dealing with a salesman, but here, the gentleman who assisted us, found not one, but several awesome bikes to fit our body's unique dimensions (short, but long-waisted; average height, not so average weight--LOL) JUST from his vast knowledge of his stock and love of the sport. Better yet, as we discussed options, another salesperson stepped in and offered advice and ideas, too. We were able to "test-drive" the bikes and truly find ones that fit us, so our wrists and knees will no longer bother us after a ride. Plus, our wallet wasn't hurting as badly either! We are so happy we came here and wanted to spread the word!

We stopped by and asked about recumbents and road bikes. They spent a lot of time with us and were very knowledgeable and helpful. We will go back when we are ready to buy. Thanks for a great visit.

Bought my wife a delta style trike here after I enjoined my Tadpole style Rover 3 years ago. We both love our trikes. Fine quality, great staff, maintenance and service. Friendly and helpful staff. Try it today.

I want to thank Brian for going above the call of duty to help me fix my bike. He was good enough to come to the house and help me find out what was wrong.  He had me ride around the neighborhood to see what the trouble was and he also did the same.  My bike is now in good condition.  By the way, we did not buy our recumbent bike from him , so he was under no obligation to go out of his way to come to the house and take precious time from his day.  Thank you Brian for a job well done and one contented customer.
