My wife and I bought our first bikes in over 10 years here in April. Overall, this is not a bike store for Novice bikers, go to REI or similar. I left that store wanting to be able to bike that night, but the tires were flat, and I didn't have the right bike pump to inflate them and the Derailleur was horribly in need of adjustment. The woman working as nice, but failed me as a salesperson, and I ended up having to go to REI to by the rest of equipment I needed and get my bike adjusted.

Awesome and honest shop! I'm kind of a newbie to mountain biking and took my bike up there for an issue. Rather than selling me parts or even trying to sell me a new bike (both of which would have been very easy for them to do), the owner/mechanic told me my crank just needed to be lubed and to ride this bike until I'm ready for "more bike." No extra charge outside of the tuneup I took it in for. It's hard to find honesty when it comes to specialty shops and mechanics, so when I find it I try to let everyone know. I rarely write google reviews, but feel like this is one worth writing. Will definitely be returning in the future! They've earned a customer for as long as I can be one!

Amazing customer service! My boyfriend and I were looking for mountain bikes. We are beginners and Emily was able to help us find great bikes. She provided lots of information to help us. Emily allowed us to test ride the bikes along and trail to ensure they felt right for us. Even though it was close to closing time we did not feel rushed. We spent a good amount of money, which i probably would have been more hesitant to spend had it not been for the quality of service we received. Definitely will be back and recommend to others.

I brought in my bike for a minor fix and tune up. They estimated it would take 2 days. However, my bike was ready to go later that day. I was very happy with the repair, price, and speed of service. I would recommend this shop and I'll be back next time.

Seth provides personalized service and a good value/price points, he is also flexible and doesn't just sell and service bikes, he maintains relationships. I noticed a lady gave a 1 star review because some "blonde kid" working at the time told her she had a cheap target bike,... well, that's kind of hard to believe, but even if it did happen, its very unfair to judge Seth's entire shop for a careless remark one if his less-tactful employees may have said. A better course of action would have been to ask for the manager and let him know how badly this employee was handling his clientele, I bet you Seth would have set him straight and taken proper care of you. IF I was you I would give this shop another try, they have not disappointed me since I moved in the area 3 years ago.
