I thought this place was great. I was completely wrong. So many things wrong with the car, power steering didn't work I had to fix it. Windshield was not even the right model for my car so the inside of my dashboard is flooded plus rusting parts in the car. They didn't fix it cause it's wasn't a mandatory issue. Tires to big, they said they would fix the hole in the frame and change tires for the problem. Problem still exists and I can't turn the wheel to far or the hole will continue to get bigger. Over all, all the problems I'm still having with this car they will not assist because state law only requires certain things to pass to sell a car. Which by the way barely even passed. Ur supposed to have 1 month and decide weather your going to take the car or take it back to the dealership and trade it in. They didn't  even wanna talk to me about returning or trading the car. I learned my lesson and I will never recommend anyone going here. Super shady.

If it was possible to give negative stars I would. We bought an SUV about 2 weeks ago. I few days after purchasing the check engine light came on. We purchased an extended warranty so we weren't too concerned about it. We took it to a shop and it is the camshaft position sensor. Which the warranty does not cover. The shop is saying it is a $3,200 fix. We called Alan's Auto Network to see if there was anything they could do to help us and his answer was "I gave you a good deal on the car and put new tires on it". So basically he cleared the check engine light (since it came up just days after purchasing it) and had us pay for a warranty knowing full well it would not cover the repairs needed.

I bought a 2011 Subaru wrx this month, I got a good deal and they worked with what I had, there ended up being a vacuum leak and Alex went above and beyond to help me and get it fixed. Everything promised in the agreement has been replaced in no time at all and they even let me use a loaner car to get to work for the mean time. They are a very reliable honest group and I'm glad i went to them for my new/used car. Highly recommended!

Alan and his team worked hard to get us in too are new Ford escape. The staff was friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to get us approved and even brought down there price to meet our price range. Overall very good experience I would recommend going there if your looking for a vehicle

Alan and his team are amazing! We had been turned down so many times and told to settle, Alan went above and beyond to get us the perfect vehicle for us at an affordable price. Thank u so much guys!
