As a very truthful reviewer I can tell you the purchasing experience at Mill Street Auto is exceptional. The team is honest and truly strives to make their customers happy. 

We had gone to several places looking for a reliable, safe family car. After speaking with typical sales staff at other dealerships in town, we thankfully found Mill Street Auto. It was instantly different - Bob was kind, helpful and truly had our best interest in mind. For example, he said, "My main concern here is whether this is the right car for you." In other words, he did not try to pressure us into purchasing a vehicle that wasn't perfect for us. 

The inventory is great and affordable. They have a good selection no matter what you are looking for.

I would highly recommend Mill Street Auto!

Update: Three years later our car is still amazing, reliable, and a great buy. We will check here first for our next car.

Not sure how these guys get any stars at all. I bought a 2009 Nissan Murano in February. The salesman made sure to point out the "high quality Michelin tires" on the car. Problem is that he was showing me the left side, and the right front tire was a crappy off-brand that was barely round. I ended up buying 4 new tires. I was given a clean carfax, but later inspection clearly showed damage under the right side. Probably why that one tire was different.The air conditioning has a refrigerant leak and doesn't work. The car has an oil leak and a power steering fluid leak. I have already replaced an $800 alternator. And the bullsh$t $500 document fee, which they said "was required", was in fact not. These guys are the guys that give used car salesmen the shady reputation that we all know about. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

The staff did a great job and went out of their way to get the best car for my needs. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car. Thank you guys!

I purchased a 2007 Nissan Xterra here and paid top dollar. It drove nice and had some bumps and bruises, however it was not like I could afford a new one so there I was. I was repeatedly told the white stickers on all the windshields meant that if anything should go wrong with the drive train "(engine, transmission, or any other part that make it go forward)"  would be fully covered 100%.  Well two days later the transmission failed. Long story short, I now have a 16,000 dollar vehicle that is worth 7000.00. Negotiations have been attempted, resolutions have been made through pressure from outside entities like the Better Business Bureau and independant repair shops, however at first, they laughed in my face and told me that I was SOL. Real nice guys over there. But none the less, be VERY careful when dealing with these guys. Fair and ethical are not words I would use to describe this business.
