I had the most Honest and caring experience with the sales representative at Budget Motors. I went in in hopes to see what I qualified for and I was treated with care and respect with no sale hassles whatsoever. I ended up buying a low mileage car and I love it!  Best experience in buying a car here in Reno. But most importantly, they  are honest and will take care of you and you car needs. I will always only buy my vehicles here from now on, hands down. I highly recommend Budget Motors for their good quality and honest service. A five star is well deserved.

First time car buyer. Sandy was great. There was no pressure or situations I felt uncomfortable with. It was fast and easy. The finance team helped me understand everything I was signing clearly and answered my questions well until I understood everything. They gave me a great deal on my trade in and I have a wonderful car because of it that actually works well. Really happy with my experience here.

I found that dealing with the personnel at Budget Motors in Reno was a very painless and pleasant experience. I was able to discuss the vehicle that I was interested in and we could agree on a price that was acceptable to all parties. I would do business with them again and am quite pleased with my purchase. Everyone we came in touch with was very courteous of our time, wants, and needs.  Sandy was our sales rep and she was great! We are happy with the way she made the process quick and painless. Absolutely no pressure on their part. I would definitely recommend this local family business to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle.

Was looking for a certain car for weeks after an accident and found it here at Budget Motors. The car was advertised as "Fully Loaded" so I went to check it out. Everyone there was friendly and wanted to make sure you got the assistance you were looking for. They did what they could within their power to make sure you left with the car you wanted.

Drove the car and it was in great condition. Touch Screen was working, Response time for verbal commands was great. Remote Start however was not working. Was told that several people tested it and worked. I could not get it to. I called a few times about it to see if the sequence to do so changed. Was told they will find out and call me back. Turns out that Remote start is not in the car as advertised on top of that two days later, the lower portion of the touch screen stopped responding. 

Took it in and was told by the owner that they will add an after market one in there for me at no cost. He explained that they test so many cars that they may have gotten mixed up with another. He also stated that they will replace the radio but I will have to pay for it and it will be free labor and I would need to leave my car there for a week because they have to take the radio out, send it out and get a new radio in its place. Seemed like that process would take more than a week, I called to confirm that they contacted whom ever they needed to make sure that the part was ready. I was told they would call me back to confirm before dropping it off. No Call.

I did not drop it off because I did not want to be without the car for more than the agreed upon length of time. I called a few days later and they acted as if the call did not happen. So seeing where this was going I cancelled the radio repair because I sensed a "run-a-round" with this ordeal. I then requested to give me a time a date for just the remote start. Was told I would get a call back. No call back. 

I now am starting to hound them at this point about it. I then called requesting to just have the remote start kit handed to me and I would take care of the install. I person I spoke with keep saying they would call me back and NEVER done so. I would be the one calling them. When I got a hold of them they stated that the owner doesn't even remember telling me that they would put one in for me because of the false advertisement.

Seeing where this was going, I called yesterday, spoke to the same person (this is the person that sold me the car). They told me they will find out and call me back. (Note: I have been calling this persons cellphone.) No call back. Finally, I call for the last time to ask about it and they did not pick up.

I'm just going to cut my losses on this and get it fixed on my own. It's sad to see and be witness of dishonesty when you place trust in a professional. Granted, the car was given to me "AS IS" and I signed it, I just would have thought they would have done right by their ad and worked with me. I got my dream car but the experience getting it is tarnished by lack of professionalism, morals, proper business ethics, and courtesy. 

I can't really say that I would or would not recommend buying a car from here. The car is great but the service not so much. The person that left a reply did not read everything it seems. It is what it is.
