Words can’t explain how happy I am with the experience I had here. I had just sold my car and wanted a Toyota Tacoma but knew that was a far reach for me, they let me test drive 3 vehicles with no limit which ended in the Tacoma because even after driving the other 2 I couldn’t take my eyes off of the Tacoma. After that they sat with me for hours and let me ask TONS of questions and the same question over and over just to be sure this was the best decision for me. Although I never thought it possible I’m now driving a 2018 Toyota Tacoma at a rate I can afford. THANK you so much.! They just received a life long customer.

I purchased a used car here on my first visit and everything went well. Nice new clean building, nice showroom, great experience. Went back the following year for another used car and had a terrible experience. We had a brand new salesperson who must have never sold,seen,or driven a car before because he messed everything up. We ended up leaving without the car and upset while management was apologizing and making us offers to try to make things better. It's a nice dealership and they appear to do lots of good things for the community so I want to like them, but overall my last experience was really bad.

I am only commenting on their rental service. I rented a vehicle from them and had to pick a small compact size because the prices were way to high for anything else. I would not recommend this company for your rental needs. You can get a larger, cheaper and nicer vehicle anywhere else.  Shop around

When I decided to purchase a pick up for my business I didn’t know that Dolan Toyota offer comercial services.
I couldn’t be any happier with my purchase they have and excellent customer service.
Special thanks to Jeremy S. for following up and he’s attention to detail.
I will definitely be back to Dolan Toyota.

Awful. Hour and a half turns into two plus really easy. Dont go here for simple service. They cant handle it.

Update: 1 star to 3 star. next services on my car where prompt and timely.

Update 2: They seem to have fixed or changed whatever it was that made them slow. It's been nothing but effective the last few times I came here. Or perhaps that first day was them just dropping the ball.

Update 3: They are really a great place to get your car taken car of. But give then the off chance something goes wrong and go walk around Costco. Guys at the parts store are friendly and helpful.
