All their cars are really overpriced. The manager won’t budge on these bogus prices even if you’re buying the car cash. I don’t recommend buying anything here.

So... here it goes. I got a car from these guys not long ago, and got it as is (NEVER GET AS IS! AND DON'T LET THEM SWEET TALK YOU) I had them flush the radiator because there was sludge in the reservoir. And not even a couple days later my engin started acting funny.  Well only TWO payments into this thing and 3000 DOWN... My head gasket and cylinder went out. AND ALL THEY CAN SAY IS... "Well you got the car as is, so its not our problem any more." And normaly they hang up after that. So... now I am making payments on a car that dosnt even work. (And I bet after I post this... they will delet it. Have to keep up them fake reviews ya know.) Anyway... thanks to these guys, I lost my job (because i need a car) and now have to scrape anything together to pay for a car that dosn't even work. Thanks for the TRUE customer care guys... my first car and they wont even help me.

Untrustworthy. Inquired about a listing of a reliable vehicle with low mileage at a great price. I exchanged a few emails with Phil and made an appointment for the next day. When I walked in, Phil said, "oh I tried to email you...the vehicle was sold yesterday." First off, how do you "try" to email someone? I was open to seeing other vehicles in that price range, but they were all either old or had too many miles on them. The same ad that I inquired about is STILL listed online on multiple outlets.... 3 days after it was "sold." Beware. They will lure you in and waste your time.

To describe my experience here at CarZone it was really cool. As soon as I stepped in he building a person greeted me asking what I thought was appealing to me. I said I needed a car that can fit my budget. He said that there is no problem since they had a wide range of cars. I love how I was able to test drive the car and actually felt how it ran. All together I was happy that I was able to chose the car I wanted and that fit my budget. I give these guys five out of five!!

I think it's so funny that on every single bad review that is telling actual problems and specific issues with their cars the "owner" responds saying oh hey I'm sorry give us a call blah blah blah. Nobody wants to call you back if you guys are rip offs and crooks. They want nothing to do with y our! Stop cheating people and throwing them into cars so quickly making them think they are getting a great deal! I just got a car from there and I find out that the car I  hlt is actually worth half of what I'm supposed to be paying for it. I sure hope they make it right but it doesn't sound like they will and that they are all about customer service. They sure put on a good front though!
