Very dishonest.  Made an appointment to have an oil change and replace a motor for the rear passenger window.  Was told two hours.  No problem went out to breakfast went shopping went for coffee.  Called after three hours to check the status.  I was told it was almost done.  Gave them another half hour then headed back to pick up my car.  It hadn't even been touched.  Although I was upset I tried to be nice but asked for my keys and needed to come back because I had another appointment to go to.  They would not give me my keys.  Had to leave my car there and get a rental!  I don't live in the area so I had to pick up my car the next day.  Well I started having alot of trouble with the car getting loud stalling out and other problems that I should not have with a new car.   I would never go back to Alden's so I brought my car to another Buick dealer an found out my uptake valve was gone and so was my manifold cover.  These things go were not missing by mistake.  I also found out I have the five year extended warranty which I didn't want but apparently paid for.  Which ended up buying them in the end because the work was all covered for free.  OK would not recommend Alden's to anyone.  By the way when they kept sending me the survey to fill out I didn't do it several times.  I do ally did the survey and got an email back making me look like it was all my fault.  I don't know how they can stay in business.

I'm always satisfied with the expert service I receive for my ageing Saturn Aura XR (2008).

I really like these folks. Service is fast, professional and really quite generous. On several occasions for minor fixes they haven't even charged me!
