Had a pretty bad experience with Quick Pro Oil Change – next to Jake’s on Alden Rd. in Fairhaven. It seemed simple enough at the time. I went in for an oil change in the process; they removed my beach sticker and replaced it with their oil change reminder. Seems like a simple mistake right? Well instead of taking care of it – they denied that they did it and refused to make things right. Now I’m out $30.00 – which was more than the oil changed cost. The owner said his employees would never do such a thing – so yeah I must be lying – like I have nothing better to do right? Very poor customer service – manger was very dismissive and basically tried to blow me off. I believe he said – “I thought I had heard them all.” and laughed. Anyways I suggest you go elsewhere to do business. The true test of a business is not how they treat their customers when everything goes right, but what they do when things go wrong. These guys avoided me, denied and refused to take responsibility for their actions. The owner wouldn’t talk to me in person – he left a message on my phone. 
The thing is, I have been going there since 2006 – you would think they would treat their customers better.!
