Super helpful staff! Bought a new battery and even though one of the bolts had snapped on the terminal, they still installed it and a new bolt for me! Not to mention this was on a day where the weather was in the teens! Definitely earned me as a lifetime customer!

Got my battery replaced when it died with great speed and efficiency.

However, one of the workers (Mike) has been harassing me through text since my visit, claims I was flirting with him when I wasn't.  He got my number and full name from their system. I now fear going to AutoZone when I need something done with my car and have to go somewhere else where I know I won't be harassed and have my personality and actions misinterpreted as "flirting."

On another note, my last name is spelled wrong in their system. I have no idea why they think an L at the end of my last name is supposed to be there. I have never been asked for confirmation, so going there is now embarrassing.

Fantastic service. I had a dead battery and the employees were happy to help select a new battery and install it for me on site. The whole process took under 30 min and my car was back up and running

I prefer the Fairhaven Auto Zone over the New Bedford one. Always helpful and knowledgeable staff
