I love Alden. I have been bringing my Mazda3 here for service since moving down to the area a year ago and they have always been professional, even going above and beyond to ensure I am taken care of. Most recently my car required a diagnostic service, then repair and Darlene in service kept me in the loop the whole time also providing me with a courtesy vehicle for the meantime. She made a potentially stressful process simple, streamlined, and even humorous at times. People say you pay more going to a dealer but that has truly not been my experience (actually the one time I went elsewhere for an oil change I paid $20 more!) But even if it is true, I say you pay for the service you want. Alden has a customer in me for life!

I have been using Alden Mazda for service since 2014. Their service department is always prompt, timely, and honest. The prices are more than fair, and I am satisfied with their customer care and vehicle care. Because of my experience with their service department, I recently purchased a new vehicle from them as well. The experience was zero pressure, painless, and personal. I walked away happy with the deal offered and was extremely satisfied with the friendliness of the staff. From Blake in sales, to Tony the manager, and Amy in finance, all of them made me feel like I came first and that my satisfaction with the sale was top priority. I would recommend Alden and their entire team to anyone in need of a new car, or service. Let's also not forget Brian from parts who is the man and takes good care of his customers with accessories! I will definitely continue using them for my service needs for the life of my new Mazda!

Chris and Amy were great! They went above and beyond- I was driving a car I am in love with less than 24 hours after walking in to Alden Mazda. They made the process stress-free and took care of everything for me. I highly recommend this location.

So far I've had nothing but positive experiences at Alden Mazda. Blake sold me my 2016 Miata and I'm very happy with it. The service department is great so far too. This is a small dealership and it feels both cozy and friendly.

I purchased my first Mazda today at Fairhaven Mazda. I had the great privilege to meet Mr. Chris Britto at my initial visit on Wednesday of this week. Mr. Britto has  considerable knowledge of his inventory and "no pressure"  approach. He explained in great detail the technology in each vehicle and the wisdom of buying their product, given the  A+ review in Consumer Report. 

I would also like to give a "shout out" to the support staff at this dealership. From their finance manager to the service department manager all were accommodating and easily accessible. 

The  Mazda dealership owner, should be very proud of his staff and thankful, given the competitive nature of the automotive industry.
