Got a call on a Saturday that the service that was needed to be done on my truck was finished and ready. Told him i can't get a ride there until the Monday morning coming. He said no problem. When i arrived that Monday  my truck wasn't there. He was using MY truck to go get coffee. Seriously? Got alot of nerve!! Not to mention extremely overpriced! Never again!!

Worst mechanics of all time!   They charged me over $350 for a new battery and a year and a half later it's completely dead.  Probably a used battery to begin with.  I never leave reviews, especially bad ones.  They truly own up to the title "Shady mechanic" and everyone should beware.

I have been a customer of Manny's for over 15 years and have had excellent service. They have worked on my Volkwagen Jetta, Saturn, Hyandai, and my daughters Lynx and Dodge. I price shopped when the repair was serious and they were right on the mark each time.

They seem to be okay for small jobs like a tire repair, but for larger jobs (like a leaky seal), they won't even give you an estimate of the total cost. The owner will charge you $65 for your trouble, which doesn't get applied to the cost of repairs if you decide to have the work done there. 

There are several other garages in the area (Midas in Fairhaven and Goodyear in Dartmouth come to mind) that have done good work on my cars for over a decade, as well as numerous smaller area garages that would likely quote you a fair and upfront cost for the work first.

OVERPRICED & INEXPERIENCED. THEY QUOTED TO FIX MY CAR ( CLANKY NOISE ON THE FRONT END TIRE ) FOR $ 800  + LABOR. I BROUGHT MY CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP, 153.65 , LOOSEN BOLTS & THE NOISE WAS GONE. 

MY HUSBAND'S UTILITY TRUCK  ( NOISE ON THE ENGINE ) , THEY FIXED IT FOR $ 1801 , STILL HAS PROBLEMS, TOLD THEM ABOUT IT, THEY DIDN'T CARE. MY HUSBAND WAS TOLD THE NOISE WILL GO AWAY. 2 WEEKS HAVE GONE BY , STILL HAS PROBLEMS. MY HUSBAND DECIDED TO BRING THE TRUCK TO ANOTHER AUTO MECHANIC, HE SPENT ANOTHER $ 725. 

MANNY'S SERVICE STATION PROBABLY MISDIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM & FIXED SOMETHING ELSE THAT DOESN'T NEED TO BE FIXED ANYWAY. NOT ENOUGH KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS  TO FIX CARS/TRUCKS. 

THE MAIN GUY THERE IS RUDE & WOULD NOT CALL BACK WHEN THE CAR/TRUCK IS ALL SET. WE ONLY GO THERE BECAUSE IT'S VERY CLOSE TO MY HOUSE.
