Outstanding service and quality. THIS is what keeps me coming back to the Alden Store on Madison. Anthony and his Team are superb at finding the perfect shoe or boot, PROPERLY fitting you for size and occasion. Alden is one of the last shoes handmade here in the USA. The quality is unsurpassed and they are, hands down, THE most comfortable boots I have ever owned (shoes/boots all included).

When I bought mine, I literally wore them out of the store, walked around NYC for 4-5 hours in a NEW PAIR OF BOOTS (had these been any other brand would have been suicide!) and not ONCE did I have any discomfort. Yes, they are expensive but, with proper care, will last for a VERY long time. These are my go-to come rain, sun, snow, etc.

First pair of Alden shoes. Amazing american made story behind the shoes, great experience. Never spent that much on a pair of shoes
