Normally AE stores have the best customer service but my experience at this particular store was not good at all.  The service rep wasn't particular helpful, didn't size me, or provide options or suggestions based on what I was looking for.  He never came back to me after I tried on the first pair.  This also was the second bad experience here.  Previously I bought a pair of Strands and a different service rep gave me a hard time about exchanging even though the rep over the phone said it wouldn't be a problem at all.

Have been buying shoes at this location from Alma since 2005.  I would estimate close to 100 pair of shoes sold between all the men in the family. Always happy! Thank you, Alma!

A bit too small of a store. Would recommend going to the Rockefeller one instead, which is nearby and larger.

The whole store is like a damn city block  - you need time here. Especially when they have one of their many great sales going on. They carry large sizes (W 13+). A solid 3.5 stars from me!
