I asked 3 staffs for size, they all said give them a min and never came back to me. There were not many customers at that time. Very bad shopping expeirence at this store and won't shop here again. Apparently they are not living on comissions and they don't care what customers want.

Satisfied customer. Made purchases today for the first time for running shoes. Staff was accommodating.

I am visitor to New York and I needed some comfortable shoes, my wife and I went to the store selected a couple of pairs I wanted to try but the service was absolutely appalling. Having waited a while my wife enquired if the shoes were coming out so that I could try them on and she was told it would take a couple of minutes more   We waited so long that I was putting my shoes back on and was going to leave , my wife insisted that I stayed and made an enquiry as to where the shoes were so that I could try them on. The assistant told my wife that the shoes had already come out and gone back because we weren't there…! other excuses were given. We had asked for the wrong size apparently, the shoes weren't in stock etc. ( they were of course, his fellow assistant managed to find them for him!)
When my wife challenged him on these statements he got quite rude and asked if my wife was calling him a liar etc. 
I am a guest in your country and as such I did not feel that I could respond  person to person with this arrogant nerd as I would've done back home. 
Either way, I have wasted enough of my valuable holiday time in your wonderful city posting this. All I can say is don't bother going here, go and spend your hundred plus dollars in a store that values your custom.

Good selection, but a few associates were helping their friends and socializing but didn't have time for other customers.  Had to be rude to be helped.  I wanted to walk out, but my sister was looking for a certain pair of shoes in her size.  And they had it.  I will not be back.
