Visited in the morning with lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Visited tonight to buy actual shoes and received appalling service. It wasn't that busy but lots of staff chatting, dancing while we waited 20 minutes to get some shoes. Night time staff didn't appear to want the business and we were passed around. Never again

Poor customer service. Agree with other reviewers. Sales staff passed us around and not wanting to help. Was told another staff would assist me by EVERY staff member. I had a 2 and 4 year old who patiently waited with me while off to the side, 3 staff were shooting the breeze. Finally, I pulled over yhe initial salesperson. She was about to pass me on again when I abruptly asked does this shoe come in white? No. Then I left.

Customer service is very poor. The best way to get comfortable shoes is online shopping, but you have to know your size.

Very busy store at almost all times. Having said that, the staff working there were still very friendly and helpful.
