Always great customer service. Staff is always friendly. HOWEVER, plenty of the Bangles have dents and scratches all over them. I noticed when I order the Bangles online they are pre packaged and no scratches. But in the store the Bangles are unrapped and scratched up. Then as always to keep you coming back, it's like the managers teach the staff to say "See you next week"!!! Please, just promote your interesting pieces and allow your staff to be themselves and customers will come back.

I feel like they have good customer service friendly and happy but overall the product they don’t explain to you that the bracelets will tarnish I don’t think it’s worth it don’t waste your money !

This ridiculous store had ppl standing outside while letting one person in at a time as 4-5 ppl exit. The wait time was 30+ minutes to get in the store and I guarantee they aren't doing this in Georgetown. Maybe it's because the store is located in Oxon hill. This will be my last visit. The National Harbor needs to rethink their lease.
