Mikeala was the best sales rep! Her service definitely made me feel like a valued customer. She got me the phone I truly wanted even though I don't have the best credit and left me wanting to send anyone looking for a phone in their direction! Thanx again.

We walked in and we were told that we would be helped next as there was one person a head of us. As we were waiting and looking at the phones two other customers walked in. Instead of the representative telling them they would be helped after us they decided to take the other two customers before us. This was a very poor customer service experience and I will not be back to this store.

This T-Mobile store sits in a great location, friendly staff, the store is always clean, very modern, several parking options, you can conclude your business within 20-40 minutes depending on your visit.

The process of buying a new cell phone took about ten minutes. Very good customer service. Went to this location several times and the service has always been great.
