Just finished a cool custom order via phone with Bob at this store. He was a great help in getting the patches made and orchestrating the whole order to meet a tight deadline I had. His effort was much appreciated and I encourage all to think about this way of ordering versus trying to make the custom cups via the website.

Bright, fun store and Robert dealt with my defective cup and wrong lid (from an online order) with great speed and care. So much nifty stuff (including some pretty awesome National Harbor/DC items for souvenirs), and they really do last forever; definitely worth a visit.
