The services were excellent!!! LaShawn always offer kind, professional and courteous service.  I have to take several packages regularly to UPS and I receive the same smile and friendly hello from the ladies at the store. LaShawn is usually the one who takes care and time with my packages! Went this morning with a legal document from Puerto Rico and the attendant did not want to notarize it because could  not read neither couldn’t verify in an Internet translator  the meaning of the 2 paragraphs. It’s the tone and aptitude what strike me. Even the document shows the Notarize Legal portion in English. I don’t recommend this place at All. Very poor customer service.

If you can don't go to these people for international shipping because they don't know anything. Idiots. 

So I called up DHL regarding a laptop I bought from Amazon that I wanted to ship to Jamaica. They said this UPS store is an authorized shipper and will ship your laptop. I went to the store , called the girl that was sitting around the back, she said does it have the batteries in it, I said it's a laptop with batteries. She said we don't ship laptop with batteries. I left and called DHL they told me they ship laptop with batteries all I needed to do was ensure the battery was in the laptop. Went back the girl didn't take it and they called the "store owner" who said he will not take my package.  

I will write DHL a letter letting them know that this store isn't fulfilling whatever agreement both companies have.
