Horrible experienced! Came in to get a micro sim switched to a nano sim and staff was very rude. Staff told me to "listen to me!!" in an annoying tone of voice.... yeah, I would if you didn't speak really fast, and it's my first time so be understanding and be patient. Don't go here

Absolutely useless going to this store because I've spent the past couple months trying to get authorized corporate locations to undo all the trash they managed to work onto my phone plan. They don't answer questions correctly, do not try to do what's best for the customer, and won't inform you of all the details in your plan. Expect unexpected charges if you deal with these scammers.

While visiting Cleveland my wife contemplated switching carriers and submitted her credit info for pricing and plans to their sales rep Anthony. She ultimately decided not to switch at that time and assumed that was the end of it. Later on that day we received a phone call from Mr. Marrow attempting to pressure sell. We didn't think too much of it. We understood that being in sales and having a commission at stake, he would try his hardest to complete the transaction. Two weeks later my wife visited a local store and decided to go through with the switch after doing some more research. Come to find out that the TMOBILE rep not only opened an account without my wife's permission but there was a balance owed on the account. Contacted corporate and had situation resolved quickly, but could not believe the shady business ethics of the Shaker Square, Cleveland OH location.

The employees are careless and none of my questions been answered, every question I asked the answer was " call costumer service " If u want to be taken care of go to cedar store
