I can't say enough how solid Jeff is as a trainer. The name of the place is the truth - unlike so many trainers he is 100% invested in your goals and dreams. I showed up to Jeff with a dream of joining the military but I was woefully out of shape. In two months time I've dropped down to fighting weight and am well on my way to a new life. I could go on but I think the results speak better than I could. If you're looking for actual, real change - Jeff is your guy. He will work hard to give you the tools and support you need to become whoever you really want yourself to be. 5/5

First, this counts as 2 reviews as my husband started working with Jeff after seeing how much I benefitted--and he is glad he did! Jeff is providing a totally unique training to this area.You cannot find it anywhere else: Truly 1-1, as you are the only one at his gym. As a result, you get 1 full hour of focused, personalized training, not "one-size-fits all." He is also highly credentialed and very knowledgeable so you get RESULTS. Strength, balance, toning, weight--frame of mind--all improved. So important to me--his studio is IMMACULATE. It's bright, cheery, clean--and welcoming. When you walk in, you get a big smile and are provided a towel and bottle of water. His motto: "All you need to do is show up--I do the rest. That is my job." Hallelujah! We highly recommend Jeff. He will get you to a new plateau quickly--and with a lot of fun. Elaine F. Age 68

“Jeff is passionate about fitness and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm he brings to every workout. I began training with Jeff with some fear about being in a gym, as well as feeling out of shape. I found that Jeff motivates without intimidation, provides instruction without attitude and is respectful of each person's needs - no matter their age, athleticism, or fitness level. After training with Jeff I am set on the path of being fit for life. I have noticed a marked improvement in my balance, flexibility and all around muscular definition. Jeff's professionalism, knowledge and commitment to his work set him apart from others in the field.”

I've been training with Jeff and he is one of the few trainers I've met that genuinely cares about his clients and their well-being. No hard sell here. Just the opportunity to get in ridiculous shape. I highly recommend you check out his gym and try a workout. You won't be disappointed.
