The Y: We're here for youth development, for healthy living and for social responsibility.
The Venice Y is a safe place for children and families. We have a preschool for children 6 weeks old thru VPK. Before and after school children are cared for in a fun environment at the Y. SKY Academy is a Sarasota County, public, tuition-free charter middle school based on wellness. The school's name stands for "Strength & Knowledge at the Y." Other character-building programs for youth include gymnastics, all-star cheerleading, volleyball, T-ball, basketball and volleyball and more. There is a skate park located on our property, too (all guests must have a waiver on file to use). For adults we have Masters swimming, health and wellness training, water aerobics, cardiac care therapy, massage, a smoothie bar and much more.
