Caitlin Flora is very professional and a knowledgeable personal trainer/fitness nutrition specialist.You've probably seen her on NBC's the Today Show she was featured because she has battled her own personal weight problem and won. She dropped half her size losing 200 pounds using her own knowledge of nutrition and fitness. Or maybe you've read about her story in Shape magazine or the numerous other publications she's been featured in. She's also a published author of a comical autobiography of her deepest secrets of emotional eating which led to her living over half her life at over almost 400 pounds. Caitlin created Eatrunliftrepeat in March of 2014 with a mission statement of helping women with weight and self esteem issues that think that there's no where to turn but to food and feel like they are stuck with the bodies they are in. Caitlin Flora is living proof that we are all in control of our own lives and we all have the power to change ourselves no matter how far we've let ourselves go. I have seen firsthand the the amazing changes she has helped women achieve and it's a great thing to see the new direction she has helped these girls get to in their lives. She is the best personal trainer I have ever met she genuinely cares about her clients I know this because she is my fiancé whom I love and, am very proud of for all of her accomplishments, she inspires everyone around her to want to better their lives . She brings great value to her service and specializes with mostly women ..adolescents and senior citizens, online using Skype webcam across the globe, as well as locally in her studio located in Venice. She also teaches a fun bootcamp class both indoors and at scenic parks and beaches across Sarasota County Florida!
