The process of trading in my vehicle took patience and I was looking at every avenue with not rushing and wanted all my questions answered and to be valued as a customer.  Nick(Sales) did an excellent job with the whole process of each step it took.  The whole team at Corwin from the manager who sat down and listened to what I had to say.  The Financing piece, Vynny delivered a great attitude and is a hard worker.  I have to say Thank you to Toyota Corwin for making trading in my car a fun experience and a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee and watch everyone work hard selling cars :)

Unfortunaly I cannot recommend this shop to anyone. The reasons go far beyond some topical dislike or personal preference, yet instead this is a warning of gross incompetence on execution of the most simple customer-business commitments. 

I decided to move on from the current car I was driving a few months back. I did not want a new car as I had access to another and have  relatively simple commute and travel needs. As my primary motivation was a speedy exit and ease of transaction, I contacted Corwin Toyota who offered me a low but fair offer. I still owed on the car and was told I would be receiving the positive balance once the loan was cleared a process they said would take a “week or two”. 

Here we are 6 + weeks later with no sign of the money they owe me. I have called over 10 times, left multiple messages with finance and no one will take or return my call...this is simply unacceptable. It is fairly inconvenient for me to make it into the dealership but I will need to make time to do just that. How In the world they can withhold my money and not simply pick up the phone when I call or call me back points to gross incompetence or just plain lack of respect for the customer.

There are limited options for buying and selling cars in Fargo...but there are options. Please learn from my mistake and do not trust these crooks with your time or money...no matter how convenient they make it. I would have been better off taking the time to sell privately as I have invested that much time simply trying to get them to take my phone call.

The next option is legal action and I feel left with no other avenues to resolution.

Very poor customer service. Dealt them buying a used vehicle from a different state. Looked at photos and asked that they fix a broken mud flap before delivery and have two manufacturer recalls completed before pickup. Salesman Kelly agreed to have the work done and had almost a week to do it. The services were not done, I was told they didn't have time. Paperwork was not completed properly and had to be mailed and redone. 6 weeks later after repeatedly asking about the mudflaps and being assured by Kelly they would be sent I called and spoke with a manager Alec and he assured me he would take care of it and call me back. 2 days later I still haven't  heard back from him.

I wouldn't go anywhere else when buying a vehicle! Jeff and Eric and Cheryl were all top-notch and made my experience pleasant and stress-free. When I picked up my new Tacoma, Jeff made sure I had an awesome orientation -- so much to learn! Very grateful! Thanks!

I was not really looking for a different vehicle, but I stumbled on a late model Highlander while perusing dealer websites one evening.  Luke was the rep. who connected with me to follow up on my inquiry and to answer questions about the vehicle I might have.  Luke was awesome to work with.  He was friendly, patient, kind and respectful of my time and my perspective on researching this particular vehicle.  It took the better part of a week to work through negotiations and to reach a final decision on purchasing the Highlander.  Luke remained in touch during this time to answer any questions and to work with me on a deal that I felt was fair.  When I finalized the purchase and I went back to Corwin to take possession of the vehicle, Luke made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire experience, that any concerns I had about the vehicle were addressed, and he remained attentive all the way until I drove out of the Corwin lot in my new vehicle.  Luke helped make the entire experience positive and pleasant.  He is a great asset to the Corwin organization.  I left a happy 'first-time' Corwin customer.
