Absolutely, without a doubt, the worst service I've ever received. My 4th visit in 4 months.
Diagnosis charges for window washer pump not working was $113.57 were charged even when I have specifically stated to service advisor that window washer pump is faulty as it has been already diagnosed in earlier visits( I have to visit 4 times since January 2018 for repairs)
Engine light error code detection for $113.57 even as I had visited a day earlier and error code report was already done by them, which was provided to them at check-in time
I am a regular customer here, I checked-in my car at morning and was waiting for their call after they do diagnosis but I did not get any call, when I called them to inquire about diagnosis at around 4 after my patience ran out, they said they tried to contact me on some preferred telephone number, which was unrelated to me, but I had my cell number was already in profile listed 3 times under Home, cell and contact were not tried.
