When I walk into a large dealership like Luther Family Ford, my biggest fear is that I won't get the service I would expect when making such a significant purchase. It was a Saturday afternoon when I walked in and it was busy. Within a few minutes though, I was asked if I was being helped and the staff found a salesperson (Tony) to work with me right away. During the entire experience, my questions were answered, my requests were never minimized (I ask for a lot), and I truly felt like my business was valued. I had a trade and was a little upside down and the sales manager, Brian, gave me a very fair trade value. Overall, I couldn't be more happy with the experience and the purchase. Thanks Tony and Brian!

Brian in service always does a great job.  Needed a battery for my F-150 and he arranged to have it installed within 30 minutes from the time I arrived.  Great sale price and rebate offer on the Motorcraft Battery as well.

I took my '07 Mustang in for a recall to replace the air bag inflator on the passenger side.  I had a dead battery the day before and had to remove it.  After replacing the battery the hold-down strap wouldn't fit.  I mentioned it to Steve and he jotted it down.  When I got the invoice he told me I had reinstalled the battery too far forward and they also gave the vehicle a multipoint inspection.  All at no cost.

Mistakes happen, but far fewer are made here. I enjoy this dealership and their employees. Very Kind people.

I got there early and got in right away.  The  guy that talk to me was very helpful in answer my question.  I appreciate the service he gave me.
