I contacted Beth via live chat and she immediately emailed me information for vehicle options. Then, Nikki called me for more questions I had. Both ladies made sure I would get what I exactly wanted. If you are looking for an honest local business this is one of the best.  And the very best salesperson I/we have ever worked with is Mike Aguilar.  You couldn't find a more friendly and honest salesperson.   Mike Aguilar is the best. We have bought several KIA cars and Mike has been our salesperson and I recommend him to anyone.

Not very impressed with my first time at this service center. I brought my Mazda CX-5 in for service and it needed a new coil installed. 2 weeks later it starts running poor again and I pull the cover off of the engine and find that the guy that worked on it hadn’t even tightened the bolt down on the coil and it was ready to fall out!!! I called them up in service and they guy was just like oh okay well if you have any other issues let us know. Ha like I’d bring my car back to you!

I lost some confidence in the service department today.  They have a spring service special that includes oil change, tire rotation, air filter, and cabin filter for $99. Instead they did the oil and rotation for $97.  When I asked about it the guy joked about it and said I could charge you the extra $2. Then he told me I didn't need new filters because my car is to new.  If I paid for  them I want them!

This was our second Kia Sorento and the second time we dealt with Kelsey Rohweder, our sales rep. We would certainly buy there again! Good price and fair treatment is a very positive experience in this day and age!Thank you again.         Doreen& Dick Johnson
