Horrible. We entered the building and there was no one else there. After waiting for about fifteen minutes, finally a nurse escorted us to a small room with hardly any medical equipment in it. The nurse seemed impersonal and asked irrelevant questions. Then, the doctor came and asked some more irrelevant questions. She was condescending and dodged all of the important questions. Although I was in a serious condition, she brushed it off as if it were nothing. Then, she recommended that we go to an urgent care after we paid her our money. And they're supposed to be the urgent care! This was an incredibly disappointing experience. I hope that none of you have to go through the traumatic event that I had to go through.

Stopped by Sunday morning and saw a fairly empty urgent care center (one patient before us).

Injury was potentially a fracture on a repeatedly injured little toe. Was seen by LynnMay, FNP, who had excellent bedside manners and provided an order for X-ray and foot specialist, along with some standard discharge instructions for managing pain and swelling.

Was impressed by the care and attentiveness offered by staff members. Despite it being a minor issue at the moment, Ms. LynnMay demonstrated genuine concern through foresight and believed in addressing the root of the issue. The medical staff did not make us feel rushed out the door, but instead offered solutions for preventative care down the road. 

Clean facility; wait time was longer than expected even though there were no other patients.

Would make this our go-to urgent care (although hopefully we don't need it).

Very clean facility, was in and out in less than an hour. Waiting area is very comfortable and kid friendly. Medical staff was very knowledgeable and accommodated all of my needs. Definitely highly recommend this clinic.

Great office I've been! I got my physical exam done there, Dr. Kandaswamy was very friendly. I also got my lab work done in the office that really saved my time, other doctor's office would send me to labcorp. They called me for lab result right next day. Would recommend it highly!

What a great clinic.  Being new to the area and needing emergency help for my asthmatic 5 year old,  I was completely lost,  Google'd some places and came across this one,  the staff was so helpful , and welcoming.  The Dr as well. It was only my first time,  however I will be returning.  Hopefully the service and educated Dr's will remain the same as my first visit.
