Went in today as a walk-in, was greeted immediately and taken to the back to see the doctor within 5 minutes of being there.  Nursing staff was very professional and patient.  The doctor I saw was amazing and I was diagnosed, treated, and out of the office all within 30 minutes.  I highly recommend, and would go back again at a moments notice.

Even if I could give zero stars it still wouldn't be enough to describe my outrage. My son had a tick bite prior to developing flu like symptoms. The doctor said it was definitely not lyme disease but a viral infection like flu or mono. He did not request any tests for aforementioned diseases but prescribed ANTIBIOTICS because my son't throat "seemed a little swollen"... Two weeks later my son was diagnosed with lyme. I rarely write reviews but I hope this one will prevent other people from getting mistreated by incompetent doctors.

Walked in with my wife who had just fallen and potentially broken her nose. The receptionist tells us that without an appointment there were 8 people ahead of us (only 2 of which were in the waiting area) and that it would be a two hour wait. Topping it off she was totally disinterested in engaging. Went to Medstar Prompt Care. Greeted with concern and empathy. 15 minutes and she's being seen now!  Guess who never gets my business again?

Forget the appointment time they give you meaning anything. You will have a very long wait- when there's only ONE DOCTOR on duty.

This medical clinic is rhe worest medical clunci i ever seen, we have a an extermiliy ergent situation and we dicided to go to righttine medical care, they were so nice till they have all the insurance  infornation prior to help stop the poor bleeding child we have, then after they checked and find out that they can't do anything, they just refer us to ER by putting a single cutton on the bleeding internal mouth, then after we were discharge with out any help or advise, we were  ask  to leave the clinic, then we have to ask for extra cotton or simlar to stop the bleeding on our way to go ER,  the manager who supposed to be very helpful, said she can't give us more, she said we should be ok, what a clinic is so cheap to give you with an important emergency supply don't even cost 10 cent, while they send the bill to insurance for a many  charges for even things they don't do. The phisicians are cluless, while the child was bleeding to death, they have to go to the back room searching google to find out what to do. This is righttime on gettheburg medical care, thanks beti
