I have been with this practice for years and never had a problem until they expanded. I was seeing a steady decline and then they messed up on one of my visits, they charged out to my insurance something that was not done. Everyone makes mistakes, but when I asked that they fix it because I needed my insurance reset so I can actually get the service I needed and that my insurance paid for, they bounced me around all over the place. In my books its insurance fraud. I am still trying to get this issue resolved. They don't  care. Be careful to what they bill out. I happen to understand insurance so I know its insurance fraud. I'm switching doctors.

I needed refills on a prescription, so my pharmacy faxed a request for refills to the doctor. Two weeks later, the doctor's office still hadn't responded. So I tried calling. Even though I called during their regular business hours, I got a voice recording that said their offices were closed. The next day I tried again - same thing happened. By this point I'm out of my medicine, and this was far from the first time I've seen such unprofessional behavior from this office. 

I'll be switching to a new doctor's office, pronto.

EDIT: it has now been twelve days since the original request. I was finally able to at least leave a message, where I asked them to call me back. Instead, they sent a prescription denial to the pharmacy with the message that I needed to contact them. My only way of contacting them at this point is to make an appointment. This isn't the first time I've had to set up an appointment in order to get an answer from a doctor at this office. They scam their patients to get more money from insurance companies.

Update: a couple weeks later I got sick and hadn't found a new primary care doctor yet, so I set up an appointment with a different doctor at their office, hoping for better results. I ended up having to cancel the appointment, so I called more than 24 hours in advance, as their written policy requires. The person on the phone said my appointment had been canceled, and yet I later received a bill for a "no show" appointment. At this point, I will never go back to this office, under any circumstances.

I've been seeing Dr.Hodge for years. I adore her and the nursing staff. They're good about getting you into an appointment within one - two days. I have no complaints.
