It's been 2 years and a month that my mom has passed away. When I think of her I always remember how I had to plan the whole thing out. I was only 18 at the time and had no idea how all of this worked. I looked into All Faiths Funeral in the North Location since it was the closest to where I lived. All I can say is that it was a blessing. Though it was a rough time for me having to make decisions, the staff here helped me out so much! I would always hear how some places just want your money and would make you spend soo much so I was kind of scared of not having enough to make something nice for my mother. I feel bad for forgetting his name, but he was an angel! He talked me through it all and took the time to explain. He knew my budget so he seriously helped a lot on making something simple but nice for my mommy. He showed that he truly cared, he's actually there to help and give comfort through the tough time.

My review is for the north location.  During this very difficult time the staff at this location has shown compassion and offered a great deal of assistance in navigating the process through our grief. 

The staff at this location are professional and although they are there to run a business - they genuinely empathized with our family's pain.

They not only heard our few requests regarding our deceased loved one, but they honored the few requests and offered suggestions we had not thought about at the time.

Our family thanks All Faiths Funeral for making this difficult process a lot less stressful.

The best place to go in Austin, they were very respectful and showed nothing but empathy, they make you feel like they knew the deceased as though they were their family also. I'll never go any where else & they are the most reasonably priced also.

Words can not express the appreciation and excellent service that was provided to my dad during his finally journey to Heaven to be with our Lord. He was so beautiful and at peace as he laid in state. Greg is the best in Austin and it showed that he respected my dad. Greg you are forever in my prayers for the memory of my dad is one of peace.
