The funeral director that helped with the arrangements of my mothers funeral was very condescending to me and my family. She wasn't helpful at all with the preparations. She was very rude to the pall bearers because some were confused as to what to do. I wouldn't have had the service here however dealing with the loss we wanted to get it over with. I do not recommend this place whatsoever. I did attend my uncle funeral in pflugerville and it was nothing like what I experienced. The people were compassionate there. This place shows zero compassion and appears to be racist towards hispanics.

My brother Joe passed in December. It's still hard for my family and I everyday. From the first day we walked into Mission, Janie and everyone there were so kind and accommodating. I look back to that week and I cant imagine my family being able to get through such a rough time without Janie being there every step of the way holding my family up. There were times when it seemed we couldn't function and there was Janie guiding us through the process, she went above and beyond. Mission Funeral Home was there for my family through one of the hardest times of our lives. Thank you Janie from my whole family.

Very rude director or owner the women I talked to didn't even apologize when she was in the wrong. Very bad customer service.
