Staff was friendly and polite. The your man who brought of the food was very courteous and SANITARY, I LOVED the fact that he wore gloves preparing and bringing to food. I had the Baked Jerk Chicken, Rice and peas, & cabbage. It was well perfectly spiced and well seasoned. The chicken was fall off the bone super tender. It was definitely worth the $10 I spent. Clean restaurant, with a 97 A grade on the wall. Will try again, hope i get the same experience every time

GREAT Jamaican food. This placed had closed down for a little bit and I tried going to other places. They cannot compare to All Island Cafe. The food is excellent and the prices are reasonable. I LOVE coming here for lunch.

This was my first time trying island cafe I love Jamaican food my favorite being oxtails with the rice and peas...I ordered the oxtails with the rice and peas and it was disgusting not worth the money at all I paid 17.12 which is the only price you have to pay being they only sell large oxtail meal..but my meal came with 3 big oxtails full of fat and the rice and peas were like mashed potatoes they were so mushy the cabbage was hard and distasteful...I will never go here again...the price was too high the portion was too small and food was absolutely nasty 😠....

Good food. My pal brought me here for authentic caribbean cuisine and they did not disappoint.  The king fish was absolutely delicious. my first time trying and I was thoroughly impressed. Stop in and try it.

The food is flavorful. It's not the best Jamaican food I've eaten. The curry chicken had tons of bones in it. The grilled jerk was a bit tough. The flavor for the jerk was more in the chicken skin than the meat.
