This was my first time using All my sons moving and storage. I used there moving services. 

And I want to say from the customer service over the phone. While setting up my appointment. To my movers Trevor and Thomas making the experience  beyond easy. I wish that I could rate this higher than 5 stars. 

When you call for the first time to set up the appointment they take the time to make sure everything is taken care of. As well follow up to insure that you don’t have any question.  Absolutely amazing customer service. 

Than Trevor and Thomas (my moving team) show up  promptly at the arrival time. These two where beyond kind,  courteous and  professional. It is because of this amazing team that if I ever find my self moving I will be using All My Sons Moving And Storage !!! An I  encourage anyone looking for movers to use them as well !!!

They were able to move me on a short notice, provided very good and friendly customer service before, during and after the move with phone calls from the home office. The laborers who showed up were excellent. They hustled, were polite and padded, wrapped and secured everything. I had no damages - no scratches! I would recommend All My Sons Moving and use them again in the future. They aren't the cheapest out there (not the most expensive either) but if you want high quality movers who will handle it then All My Sons will deliver. I've made more than 30 major moves in my life. I know what I'm talking about!

Several items were broken after arrival.  We had to listen to the crew literally cussing each other out loudly in the driveway of our new home.  What a first impression for our new neighbors!  I watched them throw our boxes, and some of them literally fell off the back of the truck and tumbled down my driveway.  There was nothing I could do except close my eyes and hope it’d all be over soon.  They came into the new house like bulls in a China shop and threw the boxes on top of each other literally crushing the ones beneath.  It was a NIGHTMARE of a move.  Obviously, I would never recommend these folks.

I have nothing but great things to say about my move team Jimmy and Errol. They worked quickly and carefully to complete my move. Honestly if it wasn't for them I wouldn't have wanted to use All My Sons as my moving company again. I had called numerous times to gain more information and make sure I was aware of all the charges. For each individual call I was pressured into trying to make a quick decision. I was even told that they would be booked for my moving date if I didn't call back right away. Magically I was able to secure my move the day prior. I understand wanting to promote your business but lying to your future customers is not the way to go. I decided to choose All My Sons because if the low quote I had received and because of my excellent move team I would be willing to give them a second chance. I highly recommend Jimmy and Errol If you want an excellent moving experience.

Very unhappy with our experience over the weekend, emailed the next day about my unhappiness and haven’t heard anything else. We were over charged due to their lazy “supervisor” I use that word lightly due to the fact he supervised because he had been there the longest. He broke my lamp, didn’t even say anything and put my furniture together wrong because he felt we weren’t looking. Never using them again and the lack of communication is disrespectful.
