The ABSOLUTE worst moving company EVER!!! We received some of our household goods on Father's Day, so my husband spent his day trying to figure out what we did and did not receive. A month later this company was contacted about the rest of our things and the representative insisted that they delivered all of our items. At the end of July, early August, we were contacted by the owner, who was "extremely embarrassed because they found our "missing vault and were going to get our things to us as quickly as they could. Well, today is October 10th and guess what?!?!?! We are still missing those same belongings!!! I would like for my family to have ALL of our belongings! This is how this company thanks military members and their families! Way to go!

We are military and this is by far the absolute worst moving company we have dealt with. I will list just a few of my grievances. 
1. The packers and loaders were hours late and did not even call to let me know. 
2. They stole the sound system for or tv
3. Also stolen, pain medication (the container was there, it was just empty)
4. They also wrote in the description of our goods that EVERY single item was soiled all over, ripped all over, etc. this was done so they would not have to take responsibility for any damages. (This was not realized until after we received our goods and infuriating because so much was damaged because of poor packing)
 I will do everything in my power to get this company banded from being used in military moves. 
I should go to a news outlet and tell them how disgraceful they treat our service members, and anyone who uses them. They need to rethink how they do business.

Jim at Read's moving and his team of movers did an amazing job. They were very professional and worked extremely hard. They showed up early and worked non stop the whole time. The money was so worth the piece of mind that I knew my stuff was in good hands and that things would be done right. They did take a little longer than quoted because the movers did not know how to assemble or disassemble our IKEA beds and it took them 2 hours to put them back together which should take 15 minutes. But overall I am so glad I went with them!

They helped us move from Auburn Alabama to Jax FL. Very friendly and professional. Stored our furniture and belongings for a month. These guys are worth every penny!

Joe, Nate, Scott and Becky made our move from Auburn, AL to Jacksonville, FL as smooth as it possibly could have gone. Great service all the way around. Everyone was very professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this company if you are looking to move!
