Hiring them was the smartest thing I did for our move. They sent three strong young men who worked hard all day long. They never complained, and they even had a good idea that actually save me some time/money. There were no surprise fees; everything was explained in advance. The company even sent someone to my house to look at all my stuff in order to make an accurate time estimate...which they actually came in under. And as importantly as the move itself, everyone I dealt with every step of the way was polite and professional. They were recommended to us by a friend and by our realtor. And now I recommend them to you.

This was the best possible situation for a move. From the office to the driver to the packing and off-loading, we were in such good hands. We had not one single broken item and everything was in its place when we arrived. I would recommend Baymeadows for residential, corporate, large or small.

We recently sold our home to move from Jacksonville to Tampa, and we had a very tight window to do it in as the buyers wanted to close within 10 days, of course around Christmas/New Year's. Baymeadows Moving and Storage were fantastic every step of the way. Mike Jr. was out to do a free quote/walk-through within a day of me sending them an e-mail, and Tina had the quote back to me within two hours. The fee was exactly what I expected it would be, based on past experience and national averages. We did have one hiccup where there was some e-mail miscommunication due to the holidays, but Mike Jr. spent a few hours and pulled a lot of strings and re-arranged some scheduling and he ensured that we would have everything done on the date we needed, same day, as planned. Six guys showed up in the rain to load and had everything loaded in less than two hours. They got us down to Tampa and unloaded everything in about 90 minutes. As far as I can tell, not a single thing was lost, damaged, or even scratched. The crew asked where we wanted every single item, and helped us re-move a few things we were indecisive about. The entire crew was polite, funny, and courteous the entire time. They were punctual, contacted me ahead of time, and did a wonderful job. I was very surprised to read some of the bad reviews, as our move went 100% perfectly and Mike Jr. and his entire staff went above and beyond to make our last-minute holiday move go off flawlessly. I personally cannot recommend them highly enough. Doing a good job moving is one thing, but taking the extra time to make it all happen the way we wanted it to happen on short notice at Christmas is another.

Great service from start to finish. Very courteous and efficient staff. We've moved a lot (way too much) and this was by far the best company we've used. Priced fairly and came in at estimate. Would recommend to anyone.

Looking to move Do Not Use This Company. I was promise that my stuff will be delivered on 12-6-17 and it's now 12-19-17, I'm still waiting. Every time I called it's another excused. They don't have drivers. I spend $1500 and they will not refund me for my troubles.
