I am upset that they ( Dr. Vicki Hudson)had the audacity to have skipped my son. While we were waiting to be seen, a woman that had just arrived was seen right away. The same happened with a male. They did not even say anything to us, not even an apology. We were waiting there for 2 1/2 hours to see the doctor. And the nurse had told us that they were "very busy". This is ridiculous!! I would have appreciated being told that we had to wait longer instead keeping my son waiting in a room without getting an explanation. We checked in at 2:00, and got out at almost 5! They get to pick who gets to be seen first? Discrimination!!

I want to commend the outstanding patient care provided by Dr. Maria Borodatcheva at the Ellicott City, MD clinic.  She has wonderful bedside manner and made us feel very much at ease.  Her care and compassion made all the difference.  She is an asset to your business and a wonderful representative to showcase the excellent care provided.

Waste of time and money. After explaining my symptoms to the doctor, she has me take a pregnancy test and a blood test- even though I had a blood test a couple of months ago. I tell her I can't keep food or water down and I'm dehydrated. She doesn't offer fluids.  She just disappeared and had a tech tell me my results will be in a few days and to drink water... Water I can't keep down. 125$ for some bullshit. Save your money and time.

If I could give them a zero star, I would.  This place has no clue what they're doing.  I had cut my finger and needed stitches/glue, but the nurse practitioner said she couldn't treat it until the bleeding stop.  I wasted my time there only to find out they didn’t know how to treat me.  Long story short, I ended up going to another urgent care facility, Patient First. I told them the story and they said that was absurd.  They stitched me right up.

Dr. Maria B was great and explain my diagnosis in a professional manner. She has a sense of humor which makes it easy to talk to her. Will return. Front desk staff professional and provides great customer service.
