Whatever you do - Do NOT rent from this company! They are crooked, unprofessional, have unqualified people working there, don't give you information easily, make excuses, lie, and are completely lost! They will stiff you on the return of your deposit. They WAY overcharged us on items: $350 because we didn't replace the air filter at the end which costs $2.49 to replace (we checked), $100 to replace a PLASTIC sprinkler panel lid which doesn't effect the sprinklers AT ALL, and $140 for an expensive pest control company they supposedly used. In their paperwork, they said they would charge less. They charged us $200 because we didn't leave the power on for 15 days after move out...why should we pay for that when we don't occupy the house anymore?? AND they never showed us receipts for their expenditures, despite repeated requests. Oh, they showed us the invoice of the cost breakdown, but never the receipts! Do they know the difference?? I repeat STAY AWAY from this company!

DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!! they nickel and dime you for everything, work orders that are put in don't get looked at for months then if it's not fixed, you're screwed. The leases have lots of ways to screw you out of money and they sneak in terms. Out of $1100 security deposit we only received $101 due to previously damaged areas that were documented by pictures, (but don't worry, pics don't matter with them) at first you think they are nice, but realize quickly that they are crooks and do not care about you or your family.

I really like how I was able to do just about everything online. Even filling out my application. Saves a lot of time not having to drive by the management office to get a set of keys before looking at a house, or fill out some paperwork.

We went to view a home available to view. We had trouble with the lock and the customer service rep was rude. When we got it to work, we went inside to find the house disgusting. Dead flies were littering the entryway, the walls were scuffed and colored on as well as there were holes that weren't filled. The carpets in various rooms were stained. The tile was chipped in several places and there was mold in the bathroom. The back porch has a huge black and wet stain. If you're going to show a house as available and move in ready these problems should not be present.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Moving in was a very slow process, which I expect renting from a company but it just got worse from there. In our first 2 months we received 2 visits from a family member of the owner. (Not the actual home owner) allegiance said this was ok as long as we get same day notice he was coming. Then we get an email stating that allegiance can do an inhome inspection basically any time they want and if we don't let them in, it will be a $65 charge. This week we get a text from allegiance stating the home owners want to come over for 4 days to Clear out the rest of their things from the home. We have done so already and have it in one spot. It will take less than 1 hour for the owners to get, but we have to give them 4 days. Honestly we pay our rent on time and often early. Never been a problem to them. We just want to be left alone. So we deal with too-often visits and having person after person in our home that we do not know. I'd get out of the lease and move but after re-reading the lease, even death won't be enough to get out of it. I will warn anyone considering this company, don't! They just want money and don't care about the privacy of the tenants or the owners (they disclosed private info to us about the owners, which is illegal I think) stay away!
